Emily is the heart of Super Natural Pet Foods. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit animal world, Emily has worked as an animal keeper, enrichment manager, and executive director at wildlife sanctuaries. She has designed nutrition programs for many species of North American wildlife including wolves, coyotes, foxes, mountain lions, bobcats, lynx and bears. She also worked for the Humane Society in Washington as both an animal control officer and a development director.

Emily’s professional background has given her an extensive knowledge of carnivore nutritional needs and the importance of a natural, biologically appropriate diet. Her years of working closely with animals have also given her a deep understanding of the nutritional, environmental, and enrichment needs of both wildlife and domestic animals.

Today, Emily brings that knowledge to Super Natural Pet Foods, where she personally curates our selection and loves helping pet parents find a nutrition plan that works for their individual animals. Her goal is simple: to help people better understand what they're feeding their pets and feel confident making choices that support a long, healthy life.

Louie is the soul of our team. A professional chef with a background in recipe development and culinary education, Louie understands the importance of quality ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and—let's be honest—making food worth getting excited about.

Known for his calm, steady nature and incredible work ethic, Louie is the kind of person who quietly gets things done. He believes in doing things right, working hard, and taking pride in the finished product. He brings that same care and attention to quality to everything we do at Super Natural Pet Foods.

Natalie is the voice behind Super Natural Pet Foods. She brings decades of experience in marketing, communications, and customer service to the business. Over the years,, she has worked with a wide range of businesses and individuals, helping them build their brands, tell their stories, create memorable experiences, and build lasting relationships with their communities. Her career has always centered around making people feel welcome, connected and cared for.

Natalie’s love for animals grew alongside her career. While working as the marketing director of a city regional magazine, she had the opportunity to work closely with a Golden Retriever rescue and a local cat sanctuary, attending events and supporting their work. Through
those experiences, she developed an even deeper appreciation for animals and for the people who dedicate their lives to caring for them. Before long, she began adopting pets of her own, and animals became an increasingly important part of her life.

Today, Natalie is a passionate animal lover who believes every pet deserves to be treated with kindness, patience and compassion–and the people who love them deserve to feel just as supported.
